US Shipping Information

Initial processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. 

Free shipping on all U.S. purchases of $100 or more (excluding taxes) via Standard Ground Shipping. For orders under $100, we offer Standard Ground Shipping of $6.00. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days. We also offer Priority Shipping at $14, the total delivery time (excluding processing time) is 1-3 business days.

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday - Friday.

 Non-Continental US Destinations

We do not ship to non-U.S. destinations at this time.

 No Delivery Guarantees

We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and reship the package at your expense.
